The Town of Tillsonburg will close its corporate offices at 200 Broadway, effective Friday, September 22, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Once the office is closed, all public-facing services will be delivered from the existing Town of Tillsonburg Customer Service Centre located at 10 Lisgar Ave.

The Town of Tillsonburg has begun its fall water system maintenance program.
On August 24, the Tillsonburg Shrine Club announced the cancellation of what would have been the club’s 64th annual Pork Barbeque. This event, typically held in Memorial Arena, had originally been scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 13.

Tillsonburg’s Progress Pride-themed crosswalk, located on Bridge Street West at Broadway, was once again the target of vandals over the weekend. “Defacing public property is not acceptable in Tillsonburg at any time,” says Mayor Deb Gilvesy. “I cannot stress enough how concerning these incidents are to not only the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and their allies, but to the entire community.”
The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg intends to declare a portion of the open but unimproved Road Allowance lands located at the East end of the Coyle Lane Right-of-Way as surplus to the needs of the Town at the September 25, 2023 Council Meeting. The Subject Property is described as an Alley East of Tillson Ave and South of Lot 266 on Plan 500.
