Town vendors encouraged to accept electronic funds transfer

During the Canada Post labour disruption, the Town of Tillsonburg will not be mailing cheques to vendors. 

Companies who provide goods or services to the Town of Tillsonburg can avoid payment delays by authorizing payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Funds owing will be deposited directly to the vendor's designated bank account, and vendors will receive a remittance statement detailing the amount transferred and associated invoice number. 

To receive funds by EFT, please complete the EFT Authorization Form and send to payables@tillsonburg.ca.

Alternatively, vendors may pick up cheques in person by contacting payables@tillsonburg.ca.
