Temporary Closure of Indoor Pool
The indoor pool at the Tillsonburg Community Centre will be closed to the public from June 30-July 6 for mechanical and equipment upgrades.
Planned work includes installing new ladders and lifeguard chairs, replacing select valves and filters, and lowering water levels to permit an intensive cleaning of the upper tiles and gutter area.

Watering Restrictions now in effect
Oxford County By-law No. 4193-2002 permits outdoor water use (by hose or attachment) every other day to ensure an adequate water supply for all residents (May 1 - September 30).

Road Closure
John Pound Road (from Bidwell Street to George Street) remains closed for construction.
Sanitary sewers in the area are being replaced as part of the Town of Tillsonburg’s 2025 Capital Projects.
The Mill Restaurant and Inn will remain open and accessible during construction.

Large Item Collection Program
Large Item Collection in Tillsonburg is continuing and will run until July 4. The Town has been divided up into three collection zones. Visit www.tillsonburg.ca/largeitem to view a map to find out when collection will take place in your neighbourhood.
- Only items weighing less than 45 kg (100 lbs) will be collected.
- No glass, mirror or automotive parts acepted
- Items that can fit in a garbage bag are not eligible
How to prepare your items:
- Set out by 7:00 a.m. on the Monday (including statutory holidays) of your collection week. Late set outs may not be collected.
- Place no more than one metre from curb
- Items must be visible
Any items that are not eligible for collection will be left behind. Ineligible items that are not disposed of properly will be considered illegal dumping under Bylaw 3105.

Each week (Monday-Friday) offers a fun and engaging opportunity for kids (ages 7-12) to explore a different theme through games, crafts, activities, and more. Camps run 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Cost: $162.70 per week.
