The Town of Tillsonburg intends to declare a portion of the municipally owned Moose Street Right-of-Way as surplus to the needs of the Town at the September 9, 2024 Council Meeting. Full details and a map of the property are available at www.tillsonburg.ca/moose.

Interested parties will be required to enter into a legal agreement subject to approval by the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg. This notice is being provided in accordance with the Tillsonburg Land Disposition Bylaw 2021-031 and Section 270 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

Members of the public are asked to bring forward any questions or concerns prior to or at the Monday, September 9, 2024 Council Meeting. Additional information can be obtained by contacting:

The Squash Court hours at the Tillsonburg Community Centre have changed for the month of August:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Construction Mondays

Learn the basics of small-scale building in our construction classes. Work with different materials and methods, explore structures, from bridges to buildings, and create engineering marvels.

Junior Chef Mondays

Who doesn’t love working with food? Participants will create/decorate fun edible creations that don’t require a stove top or oven! Working with instructors, participants will get to create snacks, meals and/or desserts each week.

Pooch Plunge

The Pooch Plunge is back--with two swim times to choose from (limit of 40 dogs per timeslot). Each furry friend is welcome to bring two human friends.

September 4
2:00 p.m.  – 3:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
$6.20 per dog

All dogs must have up to date vaccinations and proof must be shown prior to entering.  
Pre-registration is recommended to avoid disappointment. Register online, in-person at the Community Centre, or by calling 519.688.9011.
