Request for Tender: Charlotte and Clarence Reconstruction (RFT-2024-003)

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Town of Tillsonburg’s
Bidding System, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, June 26th, 2024.
The closing date and time shall be determined by the Town’s Bids and Tenders website clock.
The receipt of Bids can be delayed due to factors such as “internet traffic”, file transfer size,
transmission speed, etc. The Town recommends that Bidders allow sufficient time to upload
their Bid submission, including any attachments.

The above project is subject to approval by the Town of Tillsonburg.

Drawings, Specifications, Form of Tender and Addendum are available for download from the Town
of Tillsonburg’s Bids and Tenders website at https://tillsonburg.bidsandtenders.ca. All bidders must
register in the Bids and Tenders system before they can download the tender documents.
Tender questions received deadline is June 19th, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

Bid deposit in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bid bond or bank draft made
payable to the Town of Tillsonburg in the amount specified in the tender documents and a
signed agreement to bond can be submitted online with certified e-bonds or submitted in
hard copy to the Town at 10 Lisgar Avenue, Tillsonburg, before the date and time of the
tender closing.

Under no circumstance will a facsimile bid or late submission be accepted or considered.
