Paying Hydro Bills During the Postal Strike

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) are on strike.

The delivery of Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. bills and payments sent by mail has been impacted. As a customer of Tillsonburg Hydro Inc., you are responsible to stay informed of your account balance and ensure timely payment, even if there is a postal service interruption.

We recommend enrolling in e-billing to receive convenient notifications. To do so, go to ‘My Profile’ and enable Paperless Billing.

Ensure that all your payments are made on time, register for the preauthorized payment plan.

If you don’t have internet access, you can request your balance by phone at (519) 688-3009 or pick up a copy of your bill in person at 10 Lisgar Ave., Tillsonburg. Please bring identification, such as a previous bill and a driver’s license or health card.
