Town recognizes the passing of Stu MacKeigan

Flags at Town facilities will be lowered today through Wednesday in honour of the passing of Former Canadian Peacekeeper and Tillsonburg resident Stu MacKeigan.

Stu passed away at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on November 20, 2025 at the age of 79.

MacKeigan was a Former Peacekeeper having served in Cyprus and a Proud member of Royal Canadian Legion.
