Tillsonburg’s 2026 Municipal Budget Adopted

Tillsonburg, ON –The 2026 Municipal Budget that was brought before Tillsonburg Town Council on January 7 has been officially adopted as of January 8. The adoption of the budget means residents can expect an increase of about $22.36 per quarter, or $89.42 for the year, on the Town portion of the property tax bill, for the average Tillsonburg home assessed at $243,000. This reflects a total municipal tax rate increase of 3.64 per cent.
